[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never actually had a watch before this, never felt the personal need to but after being offered a really good deal for this one, I figured it was time to bite the bullet... and now I can't take the thing off! It's honestly a really convenient device, has fast and responsive UI, the display resolution is great on it, the health monitoring options are really good too. I also love just how many options for the face there are... you'll genuinely be hard pressed to not find something you like! Battery life I'd heard was an issue on the previous watches however I can easily get 3 days out of it with my usage case. Would seriously recommend it!

I have become a dedicated Samsung user and my Watch pairs seamlessly with my Samsung phone. Switching to my new Ultra 2 was easy, as the set up process brought all my apps and settings over. I am only now learning all the new functions. The brighter screen is wonderful and really makes a difference. I can already tell that this Watch is faster than my 1st generation Ultra. I am excited about the enhanced health and activity tracking. I was very happy with my 1st generation Ultra and this Ultra 2 is already proving it was a worthwhile upgrade.

When the battery started going a few months ago, I knew it was time to consider a replacement watch. I chose the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 because it is the current replacement for what I already had. And if it works as well as my old watch did, I will be extremely pleased. It's definitely more responsive, with a brighter screen, and even more capability. So far, so good!

I chose to upgrade to the ultra this time because the daily charging on my old watch was not ideal. So far, each day I'm average using around 15-20% of the battery with all settings on (and minimal activity). This next week I'll be trying more rigorous activity and workout tracking and see how it holds up. But already this is a huge improvement and should easily get multiple days full of activity tracking on a charge.

The health and sleep tracking are very helpful, being able to view messages or emails without pulling out my phone is great. I have no complaints about the battery life with my every day use so far.
I have every intention of using this watch every day moving forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have worn my watch ultra 2 for over 4 days on my initial charge of the battery and it's only down to 30% charge . I set it to energy saving and screen touch to open, and I am really happy with the accuracy of description by Samsung as to usage of the battery. The new design strap is very smart and the watch is so comfortable, I forget that I am wearing it. The display is fantastically clear and bright and has great definition. It is very rugged with a smart modern look. Everything I expected from the advertising, I can attest to the fact that it is an amazing watch purchase, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The battery life upgrade is impressive, 3 full days on default settings with health monitoring (BP, snoring, sleep tracking) paired with fast charging is satisfying. Very bright display even in full sun, that's game changer. Strap comfortable yet secure. I have checked BP measurements accuracy vs Omron BP reader and once calibrated Ultra 2 was giving very close readings. Combination of sapphire glass with titanium makes it durable companion for any adventure. It's quite big and looks quality.

The Ultra 2 improves significantly upon the original o in that area, which is a massive plus.
Design has been, I would say, refined, but it is still in my opinion a standout look, only sleeker and more polished now.
The only "issue" I have right now is sharing the watch faces that I have for the original ultras with the series 2.
If you liked the original, I'd say the improvements are worth the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now had my Ultra 2 for 4 days now, during which I had my right shoulder replaced.
The watch is beautifully engineered and its comfort goes unnoticed until you lift your wrist up, my left (right shoulder Op) to a bright crispy display giving me the precise, accurate readings.
I only stayed in over night, but used my phone linked to my watch constantly to pass the time until I was discharge and sent home.
I was pleasently surprised to find that I still had 63% battery life, showing the durability of the battery life, so far.
It's a fantastic watch which fits and works brilliantly in the Samsung Eco system, I look forward to using it fully once I've recovered from my shoulder operation.

I chose this watch because I wanted the same rugged design with better everyday comfort. I love checking my sleep score each morning, and the much brighter display is a major improvement, especially outdoors. The battery life is also so much better, so I do not have to worry about charging it as often. Overall, it feels like a worthwhile upgrade that is comfortable, reliable, and easy to wear all day and night. I have a small wrist (5.25 in) and this doen not look too balky on me at all. Just love it!

I had the opportunity to try this Samsung product during an in-store demonstration and came away really impressed.
The first thing that stood out was the overall quality and design. It feels premium, well made and very intuitive to use. The display was particularly impressive – bright, sharp and incredibly clear – and everything I tried felt smooth and responsive.
I also liked how easy it was to navigate and get to grips with the different features. Samsung has clearly put a lot of thought into making the technology powerful without making it complicated to use.

When I received it, I charged it then paired it with my S26 Ultra phone. Some reviewers said the battery life was 2 days, but mine is nearing 4 days and that includes higher than normal use setting up features and having the always on display feature turned on. I have found that the battery life is dependent on how the Watch is used. For someone who is training for a marathon, the battery life may be less. But, for me, the battery life is great since I don't do a lot of hard training, but I do a lot of walking. The style is similar to the previous one. I got the black one and the new band is very comfortable. The Watch doesn't feel heavy on my wrist and I really like the rubber strap keepers instead of the metal of the previous one. Honestly, I haven't found a single negative thing to say.

Battery seems to be longer lasting, Face selection not the greatest but I just kept my old face selection from my other watch. Clour is really good and the Samsung seems to be quite durable & hard wearing. The watch itself sits comfortably on the wrist and don't feel bulky.

I upgraded to the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 a couple of weeks ago, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Touch response is accurate. The battery life is a massive step up from previous models, easily lasting me through a few days of heavy use without needing a charge. It feels incredibly rugged and durable, making it perfect for outdoor workouts, but it’s still comfortable enough to wear all day. The display is bright and super clear even under direct sunlight. Highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy watch ultra 2 , love the upgrades, the ultra one was a good smart watch was a bit to shiny, blingy and bulky for a true sports watch that's actually worn during activities, ex hiking , mountain biking , trail running etc , the ultra 2 toned down the bling , looks more like a rugged outdoor watch, is noticably thinner , lighter and much more comfortable with the better designed straps . Subtle changes to the buttons are noticeable, better protection from accidental touch while wearing gloves or using hiking poles and have a premium feel when using. Only wish for future is to add emergency sattilite connection

I've not had it long, but on the new health journey I've started, the metrics its able to give me is amazing. I'm also a recreational scuba diver so having the ability to use it as a dive comp is amazing! I can't wait to put it to the test with all its capabilities.
So far it's super comfortable to wear. This is coming from a guy that hasn't worn a watch for over 20 years. Even though it's the "largest" watch in the lineup it doesn't feel that way. Forget I'm wearing it sometimes.
Overall I'm extremely happy with it!

Even though it is still estimating usage patterns, it seems like a full charge is going to last around 2 days with most features on (minus always on display). Display is bright and clear, no noticeable pixel issues and love the subtlties like moving reflections on the watch face as you move your wrist helping with emersion. Feels durable and high quality so not worried about wear but I wish they included a rotating bezel or crown at the very least with more customisation of the action buttons (this can easily be done with software updates)

I just thought it was about time I went up to the next level and invested in a Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. It completed my set, Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro. Samsung products are just the best for me, my main two TV's in the house are Samsung also. My next purchase will be a couple of smaller Samsung TV's for bedrooms.
I'm getting on so well with the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, not a single regret yet for upgrading, highly recommend it. The display and ergonomics are really impressive.

I've heard great things about the first ultra so I really wanted an upgrade from the standard galaxy watch 7 and opted for the ultra watch 2 this time around. So far so good! I will be adding the phone line to this one as well as all my previous watches were just bluetooth. This watch has great features and pairs well with the wearable app and the new galaxy buds 4 pro I ordered as well. Ik excited for the samsung glasses as well as I currently have the rayban meta, however as good as they are I wana be able to consolidate all to the samsung environment.

Recently the battery was draining too fast and the watch slowed down so I decided to get a new one and why not the best one coming out. I got the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 today and have been absolutely loving it. The only things I would say is that I wish there were a first party anti glare screen protector and case that Samsung would sell. On the other hand, rest is just as important to me, so I appreciate the additional tracking for my sleep habits. I will continue using Samsung products, but I do have one small request. The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is a titanium masterpiece that is held on my wrist by a basic feeling watch band. It would be nice if the was a Samsung branded titanium watch band option at checkout.

The battery seems greatly improved from the 1st gen so far, I have had the device for 3 days now and it's so much better currently. Do not get me wrong though, the 1st Gen ultra was a great device.
Does this do everything better? I'm not 100% sure yet since I have only had 3 days with it, but we will see what happens in the next month. Hopefully it tracks all of my runs at an indoor track better than the 1st gen (it tracked it, but per 2 laps, it only showed 1 being completed), as well as the outside running. I want to try to be a lot more active and improve my running and strength training as much as possible.

First start watch I've had and it's very impressive! I don't feel it on my wrist, the display is outstanding even in direct sunlight! Feels strong and durable but light. Battery last just over 4 days for me and I use it in the gym and when im biking with music playing throughout those sessions, and 1hr 30 mins a day on average.

That better is the new watch Ultra 2. The bulkiness of the original watch has been noticeably reduced, the display is incredibly bright, and the watch sits very comfortably now on the wrist. I have noticed the battery life in just this short time how much it has improved. Although it's exclusive for the time being, the Gemini raise-to-talk is a very convenient feature. I am still exploring what else this watch is capable of. Definitely worth the upgrade!

The setup was quick and easy, transfered all my settings from my old watch, and i can add a mobile data plan easy on it later if i want to. The wristband is nice i got the travel one. The display is clearer and a higher resolution and so far after 3 hours only lost 3% of the battery with a live wallpaper and always on display active, but i havent tested out many features yet or streamed music from it.
So far the watch is comfy and faster responding than my old watch looking forward to using daily.

So far the best part has been watching shows on streaming apps. The small front screen is taking time for me to get used to. I like that it's small and portable and fits well in the pants pockets. This is my first foldable phone. I traded my old galaxy s23 ultra for this. I got a really good deal, but these phones are so expensive now. I hope this foldable phone lasts a long time. The increased battery life gives it true two-day+ use, while also allowing you to take advantage of extra health monitoring features without sacrificing overall battery life in the process. The biggest upgrade for me though, and why I chose it, was for the slimmer & lighter build of the watch coupled with the redesigned bands. They substantially improve the comfort and ergonomics of the watch, especially if you're wearing it all day or night and on the move!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a handful of smart watches over the years and until recently, I had the Galaxy 6 Classic on my wrist, waiting for the next right choice. I chose the Ultra2 to be that leap and what a leap it was!
The fit and finish of the watch is exceptional. The brushed titanium with a polished edge is strikingly perfect. I have dozens of analog watches that have a similar effect but there is always small mistakes. This seems like a small thing and it is but the detail here is an example of the overall precision of the watch's construction.
The screen is very bright and highly detailed thanks to its AMOLED tech and the responsiveness to touch is a big upgrade.
The processor in this watch is nuts. The speed to boot, scroll, and open apps is amazing. The added horsepower equals faster biometric processing and more storage for apps and Spotify playlists.
I exercise, swim, and dive a fair bit and the 6 Classic held up okay but it did get a bit buggy underwater and the rotating bezel got crunchy over time. I've always been a bit hesitant with it but the Ultra2 is dive certified leaving me with zero concerns in that camp. The new UI is fantastic and the Health options are much deeper.
I do wish the vegan leather magnetic clamp watch band was still an option but I do like the similar strap option with the buckle. Another small detail but the buckle is very well designed. Particularly the low profile yet wide pin that stays out of the way when on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to upgrade from my Galaxy watch ultra 1 to the ultra 2 because I felt the battery upgrade, along with a little quicker processor was going to be a decent upgrade over the original. I was correct in that assumption.
The Ultra 2 is snappy, the screen just slightly larger (confirmed by replacing the screen protector with the one I originally used on the Ultra 1, and overall is just more refined. Happy purchaser, and a continual upgrade within the Galaxy line up.
I'm pairing this watch along with the Buds 4 Pro, and also a S25U/ Fold 8 when it shows up. The watch is a cleaner, more refined, upgrade from the original. Worth the purchase and the price I paid. Thanks Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived on launch day 3rd August, I think this is my sixth Samsung watch going back to the gear s2. So far so good, I know the watch inside out from YouTube reviews and I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. I use a the sports features which are a significant upgrade in accuracy on HR and GPS from the watch 6 and a run uses about half the battery life of the old watch. Was waiting for a new chip to launch so waited three years to upgrade rather than my usual two. The bigger SC battery and a slimmer chassis was a bonus!
Raise to talk is a useful feature for Gemini, not having to press a button or say hey Google and the extra screen brightness means the flashlight function is good enough to navigate around in the dark if you haven't got your phone handy.
It's comfortable to wear, I'm swapping between all three types of band so I have a watch for all occasions and same with watch faces. I'm not looking forward to bashing it but when I do I know it'll be fine with the titanium case and sapphire glass screen so don't waste money bulking it up and hiding it's good looks with a case!

So far it has been with me through all that in the 2 days I have had it. I was worried the watch might be bulky but it looks amazing and elegant and not bulky at all. The battery life is astounding so far, as I havent had to charge it since getting it. The response time is excellent no lag when switching screens. I would rate this a 10/10.

The first thing you notice is, it's lighter, more thinner build of the watch.The bezel is more refined with embossed numbers around the watch face. This makes the watch stands out and look like an positive upgrade. With the new strap design, which is thinner and much more flexible and durable, the watch is extremely comfortable to wear. During the day and at night.
Then, take your watch outside into the summer sun and you immediately notice the beautiful display which is now super bright with vibrant colours.
Day to day usage has been improved too with a brand new larger battery, all in a slimmer case. Which is amazing considering how light the watch feels. The case is made of titanium and the screen is sapphire crystal so the watch is super tough and durable, ready for everyday use.
As a sports watch, its has improved accuracy over previous versions. with leading edge sensors at the rear of the watch. With improved Samsung health, this watch is a dream to wear.
Now you can import routes to your watch to allow your watch to provide directions, with can be used for Trail running. Due to the improved case build quality, you can now Dive with this watch.
I am very impressed with my new Samsung Watch Ultra 2 and I'm sure you won't be either.

This watch is a beast. I been wearing it now for about 3 days and am about to charge it for the first time. The bands are extremely comfortable. There are times I forget I'm wearing it. The screen is extremely bright and vivid. The health trackers are accurate and easy to use. Overall this is the best galaxy watch I've owned thus far
