I was hesitant due to the lack of s pen support, but based on how little I actually used the s pen the everyday benefits of a slimmer build and larger outer display outweigh the slight loss in functionality.

The crease is barely visible and the phone feels super light. Phone is super thin, and feels lighter and thinner than my S25 Ultra for some reason. I chose to upgrade from the Fold 7 to the Fold 8 for 3 main reasons: 1, the new silicon battery, 2, the new hinge system, and 3, the upgraded ultra wide camera. I use the ultrawide camera very often so that was a huge selling point (12MP to 50MP) plus the upgraded hinge is very snappy in comparison to the 7.
