[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this smart watch due to my dr recommendation that I get a watch that can monitor sleep apnea and ecg for tachycardia. I like that it includes metabolic monitoring and antioxidant levels. The bad is the battery. The first day I had it have every feature turned on to see what the life was like. I was at 100% when I put it on at bedtime and in 24 hours it was down to 25%. Today I turned off constant hr function and put on battery saving 11:30 pm last night to 6 pm tonight it is down to 64% so much better with power saving turned on. At that rate it may make it almost 2 days without a charge. I would prefer at least 3 days but its not a deal breaker for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2009 I suffered three massive brain hemorrhages while giving birth to my son and ever since I've had lasting memory loss we never thought about getting a watch that could help me through my day and since how I'm feeling and monitor where I am just in case I get lost because I can't even remember how to get home anymore. With my brain injury I hardly keep in touch with anybody I know because I don't have the wherewithal to pick up my phone and text or call someone but with the watch I chose from Samsung I am able to feel a little more safe knowing that my watch can always bring me back home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 as I have been using Galaxy Watches since Series 3, they never dissappoint, and this one was no exception. I absolutely love it's redesign, not only is it unique, but has that classic look as well. The balance they struck between the traditional and modern looks is kind of incredible. Also the operation is exceptionally smooth, the screen is brighter and the transition glides from one screen to the next. My expectation is this watch is the best digital watch out there, bar none.

La batterie tient toujours juste une journée si vous faites un minimum attention. I chose the 44mm size for the biggest possible battery. Im so happy it doesn't require charging every day! I wasn't super excited about the "squircle" design change but this time I got black and it looks really sharp. I rely on the health monitors daily and I appreciate how long the blood pressure monitor works before needing to be recalibrated. It has all the health monitors I regularly rely on and several more. The new sport band still feels like sport, while looking more traditional. This watch is a winner

I have had Fitbits since 2020. Thru didn't do much, but suited my needs. I felt the battery wasn't laying very long any more so I decided to move into a real watch.I am enjoying all the bells and whistles on this. The problem is fun comes with a cost. I feel the battery life is trash. I guess I should have looked into battery life a little more. I'm sad to have to reboot it every day. And it takes almost 2 hours to charge. I have turned off several of the features, but isn't that why you buy this product? So many things are battery hogs.

However I have decided to change to Watch9 model because of the chipset change and battery increase. However, I cannot feel that the QC the Snapdragon wear elite chipset is superior than Exynos W1000. Also the battery increase is just 10mAh. No exterior difference except for the color of back plane. Watch9 is also nice product but I am not sure if it worthes to change the previous model. At least if there is one minor change in the figure, it would be more attractive to distinguish it from previous model. Thanks.

The Watch 9 40mm is the best so far. Slimmer and more aesthetic looking. The battery gives great life as well. My older versions would never last a full day. I chose the more feminine cream color. All have been durable and reliable and I expect no less of the "9". The feel and operation of the watch seems first class and user friendly. The ability to receive notifications and keep my phone silent is priceless. Apps intergrate seamlessly with my watch and the Watch 9 is a valuable extension to my phone. Watch system is very intuitive and convenient to operate and health features can be very valuable to many. Great to keep up with activities such as hiking which I enjoy. Map navigation is also a big plus on this watch. Again, the Galaxy Watch 9 is a great extension of my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest change right off the bat for me is that I no longer have thr rotating bezel like I had with the Watch 6 Classic. It is going to take getting use to not have that. I also miss the more defined buttons. That being said set up was smooth. It is fast and has many new features that I will enjoy using. I got the fabric band, which is very comfortable. My only complaint with it is that it is not easy to get it to charge with my Samsung trio charger. Probably going to look at a different band. I am sure that as I spend more time with the Watch 9, it will become just as comfortable and useful as my Watch 6 Classic has been.

I loved my watch 7 but the 9 is so much better. I wear it all the time, except to charge. I'm an ardent walker and biker and I love the statistics I get from the watch 9.

The battery life is a bit low and the responsiveness of the screen and UI has always felt a bit delayed, but otherwise I've had no complaints with the Gen 8. I mainly use it for health tracking and exercise tracking while listening to music or audio books. The upgrade to the Galaxy watch 9 seems to be marginal at best. It has slightly better battery life and has a slightly snappier feel to the UI overall, otherwise it maintains the strengths of the 8th gen and remains very comfortable and practical. I love the idea of the Galaxy watch ultra and it's much larger battery, but I prioritize the slim design and much reduced weight compared to the ultra model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the main reason I choose the galaxy watch 9 is the new snapdragon wear elite chip. older models could be slow, but this one is super fast and loading apps is way better. the screen is crazy bright outside hitting 3000 nits. the design kept that squircle cushion shape, and it's super lightweight with an aluminum case. it doesn't bother me at all wearing it all day on a job site. the health tracking is solid too. it tracks my vitals and gives coaching to help me sleep better. the battery life is just okay, mostly lasting about a day, but the overall speed boost makes it worth it.

What stood out first was how comfortable it feels on my wrist. I can wear it through work, workouts, errands, and even sleep without feeling like I have a bulky piece of tech strapped to me. The display is bright and easy to read, and the overall design looks clean enough that it doesn’t feel out of place when I dress up either. The biggest difference for me is the convenience. Being able to quickly check notifications, calls, timers, weather, activity, and other everyday information from my wrist sounds small, but once you get used to it, you really notice it when the watch isn’t on. I’ve also enjoyed having my fitness and health information collected in one place because it makes me pay a little more attention to my daily habits without feeling like I’m obsessing over numbers. It isn’t something that completely replaces my phone, and I don’t think a smartwatch needs to. For me, its value is in handling those little moments throughout the day more conveniently. Overall, it feels polished, comfortable, and genuinely useful instead of being another gadget I bought and forgot about. I chose it expecting a good companion for my phone, but it has become part of my daily routine much faster than I expected.

The Galaxy Ring has been a nice interim solution, but the new Galaxy Watch 9 fits my aging, boney wrist much better and I'm betting the enhanced software and sensors will ensure better sleep tracking. My wife and I -- both born in the 1940s -- are inveterate fans of all the other health tracking functions available on our Galaxy watches. We're also big fans of Samsung's trade-in program. We were probably among the first to preorder and get the new Watch 9. Ours arrived at 3PM today, August 5, two days earlier than projected. By 5PM our new watches had already recorded the 2,100 steps it took for us to walk to the nearest UPS store where we dropped off our old watches for return to Samsung. Many thanks!

The 9 has a new shape and like it compared to my watch 7. So far my only complaint has been the watch band. I liked on my Watch 7 that it tucked inside and you didn't see the extra slack, the watch 9 is more like a traditional watch band. Other than that it has been good. The battery seemed to drain fast on day 1 but hopefully that was part of the getting the watch set up. It was easy set up to transfer everything from my old watch to my new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned many of the Galaxy watches over the years, and the Galaxy Watch 9 is easily one of my favorites. I love the light weight, which makes it comfortable to wear all day without even noticing it’s there. The upgraded health app features were the main reason I wanted to upgrade, and they’ve absolutely delivered. I get detailed health information that I use daily to help improve my overall wellness, and it’s become a meaningful part of my routine. Samsung really stepped it up with this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my mom her first smart watch in 2021 when she was going through a breast cancer diagnosis and the beginning of her treatment. I wanted it to track her health and support her through it. 5 years later it was no longer lasting a whole day on a full charge and, for her birthday this year and to celebrate her being in remission, I chose to buy her the Watch 9 to bring us full circle. The watch is sleek and the new mechanism for the straps is very convenient.
